most coffe shops will be happy to keep some of teh grounds for you – ie the used coffee that would be thrown out. ask nicely and give them a container ( with lid ) to put them in and pick them up when you say you will
i know starbucks had a program a few years ago.
or you can buy stuff at the gadren centre
